Goldprint...

Following a successful session to produce a draft bluprint for Goldsmiths, I have been busy meeting with participants and stakeholders reviewing the draft and adding in anything that we missed.

The approach to service design and blueprinting is getting buy-in from departments and managers across Goldsmiths and there is interest in continuing the approach beyond the scope of the project and creating a blueprint for the complete student lifecycle.

Lesley Hewings, our Head of Graduate School Office, said "the blueprint is a great overview of the service landscape which breaks down the interaction with students into bite sized pieces, with the opportunity to drill down for further information".

I met with Lesley to review "Bluesmiths Goldprint", a slip of the tongue and hence the title of this blog post!
